- 2-3 years of Experience: proven success in sales with a track record of over-achieving targets (ideally within a legal services business); ability to deliver strong results and work with stakeholders as a peer and help shape the focus of the business;
- Business insight / judgement: ability to prioritize effort and inquiry with an eye to business impact / outcomes;
- Communication skills: ability to communicate concepts and insights concisely and work with a team and independently; proven skill in communicating via email and phone and interacting professionally with senior leaders in companies; social media skills are a plus;
- Initiative / agile / improver: independent / self-starter; accessible and approachable; bias towards immediate actions and results; humility / willingness to question one’s assumptions / desire to constantly improve
